Cooking instructions

Purest Way - RECOMMENDED (Thawed/Oven): Let the meal defrost in the fridge overnight. Preheat your oven to bake at 350°. Remove film and place the container on a baking tray on the center rack. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until hot, and enjoy.

Option 2 (Frozen/Oven): Preheat your oven to bake at 350º. Remove film and place the container on a baking tray on the center rack. Cook for approximately 1 hour.

Option 3 (Thawed/Microwave): Let your meal defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove film and microwave tray on high for 4 minutes (add 30 seconds as needed to desired temperature). Let it stand for one minute before serving. 

Option 4 (Frozen/Microwave): Remove film and microwave frozen tray on high for 10 minutes.
