How is the food prepared?

Our food is freshly prepared and immediately chilled then frozen to preserve quality, freshness and taste. We will flash freeze our product once the new production kitchen is operational, soon! All orders ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays only via 2-Day Priority Shipping (most customers get their orders within 2 days).

How do I cook the food?

Simple reheating methods are included on our packaging and listed under each item on our website. Our food can be reheated from frozen or thawed, in an oven or the microwave (where applicable). For best results we recommend thawing in the fridge overnight, removing the film in all instances and reheating on a baking tray in an oven per the instructions for each dish. The film might remove some of the container around the lip when peeling, this is normal and will not affect the packaging or product in any way.

How long will the food last in my fridge or freezer?

We recommend consuming thawed food within 2-3 days. Our meals can last in the freezer for up to 6 months for optimal freshness.

Are your meals gluten-free?

No. Certain products are made with wheat. Please refer to each product’s ingredient list.

Are your meals made with dairy products?

Are your meals made in a facility where nuts are processed?

Yes.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping nationwide on $100+ orders (continental U.S. only). Orders less than $100 are charged flat-rate shipping of $20 within the continental U.S.

How long does it take to ship?

All orders ship on Monday and Tuesday for delivery by Thursday or Friday.We ship 2-Day and use insulated packaging and ice packs to keep your order nice and cold. If a holiday occurs on a Monday, then we ship all the Monday orders on Tuesday.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued due to the perishable nature of our product.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes, we do, through Smile.io! You can earn points just by signing up for the loyalty program on our homepage. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. 100 points = $7 towards any future order. Refer a friend who places an order and earn 200 points. Start earning now!

How do subscriptions work?

Select your menu items, weekly delivery frequency and have meals delivered right to your door. Each subscription plan comes with a rice side dish (5 & 7 pack subscriptions include 2 and 3 rice dishes, respectively). A three week minimum commitment is required for all subscription plans. Subscription items can be modified within 24 hours of the shipping date. Unfortunately we are unable to offer short ribs as a subscription item at this time.
