Chef Batt graduated from the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in 1990 and immediately began his career in some of Manhattan’s top restaurants, including Patroon, Lespinasse, The Royalton and Windows on the World. For the past 17 years Chef Batt has been the Executive Chef of his own exclusive off-premises catering company, Food Design, based in Greenwich CT. He has been featured as a guest chef on various Food Network programs (winning Chopped), and has received highly acclaimed reviews from the New York Times, New York Magazine, the New York Post and Crain’s.

Cooking instructions

Purest Way - RECOMMENDED (Thawed/Oven): Let the meal defrost in the fridge overnight. Preheat your oven to bake at 350°. Remove film and place the container on a baking tray on the center rack. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until hot, and enjoy. 

Option 2 (Frozen/Oven): Preheat your oven to bake at 350º. Remove film and place the container on a baking tray on the center rack. Stir contents after 30 minutes. Cook for 30 more minutes, total time 1 hour.

Option 3 (Thawed/Microwave): Let your meal defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove film and microwave tray on high for 4 minutes (add 30 seconds as needed to desired temperature). Let it stand for one minute and stir before serving. 

Option 4 (Frozen/Microwave): Remove film and microwave frozen tray on high for 6 minutes, carefully stir, and microwave for 4 more minutes. Let it stand for one minute before serving.
